Paine Art Center and Gardens
One of the surest signs of spring in Oshkosh is the annual Festival of Spring at the Paine Art Center and Gardens on May 17 from 9am to 4pm. More than 200 vendors will be selling their wares, including original art, fine crafts, plants and garden supplies. There will also be a flea market at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Congress Street.
Throughout the day, there will be live entertainment as well as great food. Be sure to take some time to check out the Paine’s spring garden showcase. You’ll see wildflowers, tulips, daffodils and flowering trees. In total, there will be more than 10,000 blooming flowers to delight the senses.
The friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Paine will be on hand to answer your gardening questions and give recommendations on the best plants to buy. The festival is sure to awaken your inner gardener and get you planting this spring.
